Headline Details: Three 1U CubeSats. Three CubeSat satellites are separated on orbit, and connected by tether. Then, housekeeping data, mission data, and also pictures taken by the camera mounted on each satellite are transmitted to the earth using AX.25 packet communication. 1. 3 CubeSats transmit signals from the same location on orbit. But attitude, antenna deployment condition, and satellite main body structure of each satellite are different, that is, antenna condition is different. Then, receiving signal levels of 3 CubeSats are measured, analyzed and evaluated in conjunction with above condition. 2. The packet reception success rate at receiving ground stations is measured. The success rate is measured for every baud rate of 1.2kbps, 9.6kbps and 115.2kbps. 3. The coding gain of the error correction scheme is measured on downlink. 4. A large data such as images (taken by a camera) is transmitted to the ground stations. The above items are expected to be tried by many amateurs, then technical data and knowledge exchange can be expected. Proposing UHF downlinks with CW, 9k6 FSK, 1k2 AFSK and 115.1 GMSK capability. Planning a deployment from the ISS in Q1 2021. **Downlink frequencies for satellite A 437.245 MHz ; 437.405 MHz and 437.200 MHz. Downlink frequencies for satellite B 437.255 MHz ; 437.425 MHz and 437.200 MHz. Downlink frequencies for satellite C 437.350 MHz ; 437.400 MHz and 437.200 MHz have been coordinated.**
